About us

Eco Villa and the Natural Swimming Pool were created by Mr. Piyawansha Deshapriya, an animal and nature lover with wildlife experience in Kenya and the Maldives. Inspired by his childhood memories of the Pandola Water Stream and surrounding biodiverse jungles, he launched the project in 2015.

In 2021, his son, Duminda Shashipriya, joined as Director. A nature enthusiast and photographer, Duminda shares his father’s vision to preserve nature and offer a unique experience for guests.
